Hjemmet

Type: Hjemmet (The Home) is an opera named after a weekly Danish magazine of the same name. The publication was originally called Damernes Blad (The Ladies Magazine) but changed its name to Hjemmet in 1904. It includes food recipes, interior decoration tips, health and well-being advice, short stories, crosswords and the famous letters section, which has changed editors over the years, but which has always dealt with themes such as family, love, conflicts, failure, jealousy, life, death and everything in between. The opera brings to life these questions and answers from the magazine letterbox section.
